The bubbles appear and form a picture...but of what?

"There...do you see it?" Mattis asks, his voice cracking with adolescent age. There's a certain glint of wisdom in his eyes as if he had seen things you can only imagine.

"I do." And more than that, you think it's the very thing you came searching for.

"Trust me...you should stay out of the water. I'll have to talk to the prince, um, I mean captain, to see if we can detour back to the dock. Our ship is also unsafe. There's a prisoner onboard who can create illus—"

"Mattis? Have you seen the rope?" A deep voice rumbles from the other side of the mast, rippling with frustration. "It was just here."

"I have to go. Hide by this barrel until I get back, and we'll figure something out." He darts off with the wet rope in hand, easily managing his footing on the swaying ship.​​

But there's no time to wait as the ship sails by the magic door floating above the water. You leap from the deck and fly through the door to return to the maze. Hopefully, Mattis won't be too upset you didn't say goodbye.
